Selected Experience with Vitruvius Consulting Services
- currently working as an Enterprise Architect at a payment services company which has grown substantially through acquisition and merger
- developing a detailed capability model with senior business stakeholders, focussing initially on real-time and post-authorisation risk management
- mapping these capabilities to internal systems and to external services to identify opportunities for application rationalisation, simplification and consolidation
Selected Experience with ICBC Standard Bank
- worked with my senior business and technology stakeholders to understand and document business capabilities and the existing system and data landscape
- defined, articulated and ratified the front-to-back target-state Enterprise Architecture, and the business and technology roadmaps to take the Bank to the target state
- set up and led a Bank-wide, cross-functional solutions architecture team, with architects assigned to major change programmes, including: Enterprise Data Management; strategic regulatory monitoring and reporting; and a highly secure client portal for precious metals inventory
